2. As per FDA guidelines, try to sit at least two to three feet away from the screen to limit exposure.
3. Use a radiation filter plate. By just attaching a radiation filter screen in front of your computer screen, you may be substantially minimising  the harmful effects of radiation considerably.
4. Do not place any metallic element substances near your computer, because  they may reflect the electromagnetic radiation onto your bodies.

11. Put on a facial mask to protect your skin from the harmful effects of the radiations. This forms a protective layer or barrier. After you are done, remember to wash off the mask together with the electromagnetic particles that may have attached onto the masks.
