Methods of Effective Visualization

“What you conceive, you can achieve” is a phrase that explains the essence of the Law of Attraction. When the film “The Secret”, was released last 2006 by an Australian writer, the concepts of the Law of Attraction became very popular with books on the topic becoming bestsellers even if it has long been in many practice and used in many fields.

When we want to improve our life or get to somewhere we desire, visualization can help if used properly. Visualization methods, if strong and powerful enough, can make us focus on our target and goals clearly. Whatever we want to attract in our life, whether its the latest sportscar, a high-paying job, a luxury house, all we have to do is make it a part of the visualization process .

According to many experts, powerful visualizations become a part of our subconscious mind programming a change in our mindset, perspective and outlook resulting as well to change in actions and performance. We not only experience changes in our lives but we also send clear and positive vibes to others effecting change in them as well.

We experience visualization when we daydream, when we are listening to music or when we are reading a book. But most of us are not conscious of doing it and take the experience as something occurring naturally in our system. But if we visualize voluntarily or intentionally, we are actually taking conscious control of our mental imagery.

Our visualizations, once controlled, can be so powerful in helping us change the course of our realities.

A mental imagery may be created without direct physical access to it. But by creating it in our mind, we perceive it as if it is present and go through an experience of even identifying the emotions that are associated with the images. A material form which can be detected by our sense of sight, touch, smell, hearing and taste will take form once our mental imagery and emotions manifest into reality.

Whether it is beneficial or not, once you attract it, you will get it. That is why, we should be clear on what we want to have and not think of what we don’t want in our life and this takes time and practice.

Right now, most books and videos have enumerated methods and tools for effective visualization. Training kits and guides on visualization could be accessed online.

Visualization could be effective once practiced such as through meditation. A person could experience a relaxed and peaceful mode once under meditation. Ancient times show records of people practicing meditation.

Another method includes the use of drawing/vision board where one would place pictures and drawings of what one wish to attract.

Opting for the advance and non-traditional methods, technology could help in visualization. Mind movies is an example of the merge of the concept of powerful visualization and the use of technology.

Mind movies basically mean turning our visualizations into a watchable movie. A mind movie has the images, songs and affirmations that tells a story of what you wish to achieve in life.
